We dont accept useless spawn noobs. He people you clarify as useless spawn noobs are given a trial period to prove themselves. So royce isn't really in our clan and I dont think we will be accepting him or any other "useless spawn noobs". And also your right, EFC doesn't exist. But ECF does.

Stealing: list stealer on thread of stealers, and label as ‘most dangerous’ for City Watch—until stealer has given back what was stolen.
Revealing coordinates: list on thread of spies in all nicknames he/she has. Build another base with blueprint.
Friends teleporting: make the friend your friend.
Killing own clanmates: Eye for an eye. ‘Most Dangerous’. If he/she exits out game: lava pool or dispenser’s slowness potion + pressure plate + TNT.
Spamming: list spammer on thread of spammers, and ‘eye for an eye’.
Griefing base: list griefer on thread of grievers, and raid griefer’s home and base.
Lies: list lier on thread of liars, and ‘eye for an eye’—until has given back what you want.
*City Watch’s ‘Most Dangerous’: Keep from escape with swift potions, strength potions, fireballs, enchantments. Lava pool or dispenser’s slowness potion + pressure plate + TNT, if exits game.
HeroSonic, How many TNT does it take to kill instantly? What is the faster way to gang-on kill? Build your clan base 25 coordinate-units from each spawn zone to prevent escaping (3 min 48 s to escape).
HeroSonic, How many blocks per sec do you move by sprinting? It's less than 3 min 48 s. Build obsidian walls totally around to delay escape (longer than 3 min 48 s, high chance player just exits game and never comes back online).
City Watch cannot add anyone as friend so as to not delay having to unfriend a criminal. That's my opinion; faster law-enforcement; a sacrifice a cop has to make. A cop has no friends...
