I've been thinking about starting a clan, but I don't know what I should do. Could someone give me some suggestion? Like how to lead them, how do I make members loyal, should I build a base, and how to prevent someone leaks the clan secret? Hopefully, someone can share some experience with me and with whoever is considering starting a clan.
