So I know witches poison is only supposed to get you to 1/2 a heart but a witch killed me I was working on my base and a witch threw a poison potion at me and it got me to 1/2 a heart and then I died and it killed my wolf and one of my cats witches shouldn't be able to kill you it wasted my inventory protection.
You must never eat while you are poisoned.

PoC mobs are too over powered. If you get lucky, witch's poison lowers barely any hp and ends quickly. If you don't get lucky, you would get to two or less hearts
normally drink the witch evolve your strength you must drink milk or eat golden apple
Yeah drink milk or it will kill you, despite what Pocadmin says poison will kill you he is a liar.
Usually the poison only takes 2 lives so yes the pocadmin lies and I don't because if you have 2 lives you die
enderman.,the poison leaves you with half your heart if you eat it will start to carry more the poison makes you lose faster than filling the health bar you lose your heart again but all your hearts so you must hide and wait the effect wears off, then you can eat or use a bucket of milk

you don't need to spend golden apples you will spend it for nothing, if you don't have milk, hide and wait for the effect to wear off then eat to recharge
golden apples only give 2 lives in case you don't have milk and you have 2 hearts it's better to eat golden apple because it gives 2 lives and the poison takes the 2 lives while your life regenerates
