My memory could be betraying me but i think planet of cubes is older than planetcraft, poc has less skins for the game? (Christmas, Halloween, futuristic etc...) also the UI is blueish instead of gray. It's basically planetcraft but simple and not overwhelming. Again, i could be wrong.
