Teleport scrolls didn't do anything you just had them in your inventory when you went through the portal and it used 1 scroll per teleport they did nothing else
Ok I used some editing and got this picture dose this look like a touch through color enhancing I change nothing to the picture just buffed up the color, took a picture, than buffed the color even more

I think its either an item that wasn't added yet, or an item that was removed aka a teleport scroll
