By "joining" you he just simply adds you on game and doesn't even do any clan business or get in Clan wars since he is a admin that needs to fullfil his job and keep players happy or just makes a video about your base.
And in fact, We don't know if that is real pocadmin since it is really easy to change your name to same as somebody else's username.
