Can there be a new option where you can unskip a quest? I unintentionally skipped a quest that could give me a lot of coins and now its too late and there's nothing I can do so it will be helpful if you can "unskip" a quest

there's no way you can unskip a quest, do you mean confirmation button?
There is no option which allows you to unskip quests. Though the quests repeat after some time so you will have an opportunity to do the quest you want in the future.
