~Author’s note
Dear readers,
This is a general summary of what I study everyday, and I thought I should make time to explain some of my teachings to fellow PoC players (who will become the future generation).
I have tried to conduct extensive research about what makes up a current country, especially about government and economics. Many survival clans I have noticed failed because of poor leadership and the challenges they must face, so I decided to help the young succeed in building a society. This is the 10th edition for leaders who need to know how countries work, and it is the last edition I will produce. For the purpose of convenience, I organized a compilation of information gained from studies and interviews in a way understandable for the youth.
A society is simply a group of people living together, like a family or a community. But when applied to politics, or governing a country, it is a settlement of a distinct race that strives to prosper and create culture as well as survive (but most of all thrive). It is not just a struggling, survival clan being lead by a hero which PoC players may get confused with. However, in order to compete with GHE, fellow PoC players must forget about survival and take on modern-day government. Therefore, I created this guide that they can use to learn how to build society.
In addition, they can learn much about the world by reading this guide. It contains information about broad topics including economics, education, business, government, and law enforcement; which allows for architecture, healthcare, industry, science, engineering and technology, and plenty more. All the general foundations that society needs are explained, so leaders can apply them into their countries. This is their reference to use for running a successful country and also how to coexist with foreign nations.
Thank you for reading,
HeroSonic

The Ultimate Guide for Running a Successful Country
Chapter 1: The Foundation of PoC Clans
‘Make a clan that will be interesting for you to develop alone and with clan members!’
~ Pocadmin, 2016
In Pocadmin’s thread Guide: All about survival clans for new members, the rules for survival clans are broadly stated to the readers, though they are not enforced. In 2016, two of the first clans, The Defenders (xDx) and The Turkish Clan, which is now renamed the Golden Horde Empire (GHE), soon engaged into serious conflict, simply because they overlooked these rules. The Turkish Clan invaded the base of the Defenders after their leader proudly announced their coordinates and eventually collapsed. Although the Defenders defended honorably and their efforts lead the ban of the Turkish leaders. Both leaders violated the rules and they faced severe penalties for making fascist jokes and causing the conflict. To circumvent their penalties, they blocked their IP addresses and created multiple accounts. From that point on, it became easy to rebel against administration and Pocadmin’s thread would later be ignored by all members and leaders up to this day.
The following event would lead to further conflict with the Golden Horde Empire and eventually into a mass confrontation after the leaders harassed ordinary players and clans. The groups that assembled later, the most famous being Bløød, had centered their attentions on pushing GHE forces. From early 2017 to the present, the groups successfully infiltrated enemy lines and seized over 10 GHE provinces including the First Imperial City. However, the fighting forces also suffered losses on their side mainly from GHE spies that seek to break communications and humiliate their opposers. By late Summer, the Bløød Clan leader felt a tremendous loss after one Bløød official revealed himself as Just Lemøn, an enemy under disguise during the war. Now the war has finally settled under unconditional terms as the ongoing conflict transitioned into the center of public criticism.
The ongoing conflict has been a public concern ever since the spread of spies that is creating a surge of fear among ordinary clans and people. In August 2017, the number of official clans declined to only two and many unofficial clans also collapsed including the Elemental Nation. Notably, the nation collapsed due to a teleportation incident, which concerns the community that teleportation must request consent. With the rise of clan competition, new clans are experiencing difficulty and they are especially vulnerable without PoC Support. But players argue, that the crisis can be solved with better leadership and commitment in forming countries. The solution is clear, that they need to take serious measures to grow and defend against invasions. Therefore, the Ultimate Guide for Running a Successful Country will educate and support world leaders that are running their countries in Planet of Cubes.
Chapter 2: Core Leadership Values
https://masonleads.gmu.edu/about-us/core-leadership-values/
World leaders will need to practice leadership, because players strongly believe in someone that can help them reach a common goal. The link shares a list of core values, organized by George Mason University, to inspire leadership within committees, ranging from families and to broader influences such as nations and countries.
To practice core leadership values, players need to evaluate their self-awareness and self-reflection, which are the two most important areas for leadership development. World leaders have the greatest responsibility, by protecting a nation and having to handle international issues, so they need to learn how to reflect on themselves and make wise decisions. Therefore, the activities they work on must be practiced, reflected on, and refined.
Members depend on leaders that can visualize his/her goals, accomplish objectives, take necessary actions, collaborate with partners, and solve issues effectively. A great leader should understand what their people believe and try to positively build on it, by setting a vision for their country and taking the steps needed to achieve that. Leadership values help leaders to focus on their people’s needs.
Players should also consider these values, if they’re going to lead:
- The most important value being to strengthen relationships and avoid causing international affairs. In other words, a leader needs to remain neutral by creating a network of strategic alliances and deterring future invasions.
- The main priority for a country is to focus on its economy and form strategic alliances with foreign trade partners, in order to become an international superpower. A strong country is prepared to take on huge rivals.
- The government and society needs to instill a confident and respected relationship with their leader, so they can support him/her and cooperate when they are needed.
- Have responsibility and make smart decisions only for the people and foreign alliances, because making appeasements with the enemy will always result in some sort of loss.
- Use the forum to show others, without coordinates, that your country is in good condition and will welcome more players to join.
Chapter 3: Reference for World Leaders
This chapter, is a list of important information that leaders should remember for certain situations. It also helps new leaders learn how to form a country and properly manage it:
- By definition, a country is a nation with its own government that occupies a particular territory, from a small settlement to a whole continent. The government sits in the capital, and there are town halls for mayors that run districts and other small towns.
- To start a country, a world leader or a political party must form a government, the sacred foundations, and a functioning society. It needs an honorable name, a constitution, an economy, a territory, and security (military); and optionally, a significant purpose.
- To get supporters, propose the foundations and goal for the country in a thread. Also explain about any rules or rights that citizens have or need to follow (e.g. no weapons, freedom, etc.). Request what the country needs, including certain amount of players and career roles. Before a player becomes a citizen, he/she needs to pass the country exam for citizenship and have proper recognition.
- Do not start recruiting citizens, until the political party has developed laws and secured a territory. Immediately put these citizens at work and build the country according to plan. If you need a political party or partner, then ask close friends and family, or ask supporters to actively help.
- Have a list of locations for resources and civilization. It is highly recommended, that it is beyond the 1,000s and away from other foreign territories. Remember that there are clan bases spread sporadically throughout the North, from the 1,000s to 10,000s.
- To avoid choosing the wrong candidate for a leadership position, run a presidential election that allows each candidate an opportunity to express themselves to the public.
- To make a permanent trade-alliance, it needs to have both foreign partner’s consent. They will have to make a peace agreement and give each other coordinates to their countries, to start making trade routes. Do not do it publicly and keep the coordinates classified, only between trusted government officials and ambassadors. A true peace agreement can only be done, when foreign partners become friends and vow that neither will harm the other.
- Always have the government and people continue working to meet per-capita demand, increase income/balance the federal budget, make economic growth, and prevent unemployment. Hire analysts to cover facilities, industries, and military, and report to political leaders.
- Keep the capital and citizens safe during war and prevent future invasions; eventually, a country’s coordinates will be discovered, but it should be prepared. The government will need to provide shelter for people and their supplies, and reinforce the capital with layers of defense.
- To remain neutral, do not interfere with foreign affairs in any way.
- Update your people on the successes of their country and encourage them to continue their efforts. Make a thread to show how well the country is doing, or organize a speech for the public stating that they had accomplished a major objective. Here is an example of President George W. Bush’s speech at the end of the Iraq War, notifying that the U.S. military successfully liberated Iraq: http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/05/01/bush.transcript/.
- To win a world war, a country must be prepared to do the following: Do more damage to opposing forces, locate and seize the capital, force surrender, and negotiate a peace-treaty where the lost forces must give up land, important resources, or etc.
- In a great depression, the government must restore the nation’s pride by doing the following: relieve citizens from their suffering, recover what is lost, and reform what is needed in order to prevent future depressions.
- To expand or locate an enemy, a world leader can send explorers and scouts to map out land and make reports. They should send at most 8 scouting or exploration parties to cover land in every direction (Compass pointers: N, E, W, S, NE, NW, SE, SW).
Chapter 4: Identity Theft & Fake Profiles
These criminal acts have been the main causes of clan destroying, since survival multiplayer became available on all platforms. Planet of Cubes began regulating rules and bans in the community, but it cannot detect aliases or fake accounts. Players are changing their usernames, to create a false identity of another player.
The community gave up on friending and trusting others, because of the possibility that they could be ambushed by spies, who disguised themselves. These spies would create a different account and make up several identities, to deceive clans and gain classified information. Therefore, the fact that these kinds of danger exist had permanently spurred insecurity about friends and teleportation.
Identity theft is a major issue in Planet of Cubes which would not be possible, without the option to change one’s name. The community should make an effort to immediately report about fake accounts, stolen identities, or any unjust attempts to destroy clans. To detect an imposter, spy, or a fake profile, use these signs to determine the suspicious person:
- The player is insincere, and his/her profile is too perfect or private. If the imposter claims something that isn’t true and he/she is not being honest, then it should raise the first flag.
- He/she tries to make a profile or appeal to someone that is hard to persuade. Often, imposters will create interests or activities that another person shares and would be able to relate to.
- Does not act humanely and barely uses his/her profile. By contrast, a real person would have photos, make genuine comments on threads, and be tagged by others. Imposters will try to pretend, but they cannot treat their fake profile with the same respect.
- Do not get trick if there are people claiming that the suspicious player is not fake. Chances are, that this player has friends that will make sure to keep him/her undercover.
- If the imposter is undetectable, then check with the real person’s friends and family whether they have added and know about him/her. If the imposter does not have the same relationships, then this confirms that he/she is fake.
- Spies will try to interact with the person’s friends and family to create a broader sense of familiarity. If friends and family know little about this person, yet have formed relationships, then it’s a sign that this spy is working to minimize suspicions.
- The player is a spy if he/she is trying too hard to get someone to like or believe him/her. May also be a spy if the player is not trying, yet needs information and will slowly build up a trusting relationship.
- If the person’s profile contains background information, then use search engines to do a quick background check and try to find if there are any mentions confirming it. If there is no evidence, then he/she is an imposter.
- The profile is fake if there is no photo nor any personal information. Also fake, if it contains a poorly made-up name, a lame photo, and any misleading information. And if the profile has fewer than 5 friends compared to normal profiles. Most fake profiles only have 2 to almost no friends. A fake profile may also look similar to another profile, which would be the person’s main profile.
- The player is an imposter if he/she attempts to steal a username, but it does not match capitalization, numbers, and etc.
Chapter 5: How to Safely Allow Social Networking (And keep a country safe)
‘Teleport to new friends, build and have fun together!’
~ Planet of Cubes Support, 2014
It is every player’s right, to add friends to their friend-list and teleport to them at any time. Leaders must understand, that players use teleportation to meet each other, although there are cases where it is used for harm. Yet the issue is not fixed, even though making teleportation request consent can be argued, as a necessary step to protecting players. In the meanwhile, to safely conduct social networking and teleportation in a private base or country, leaders must think creatively.
The most effective way to safely allow social networking within a country is to organize security or pass strict laws. Since countries are susceptible to raids, people should only be able to invite a couple of friends at a time. However, this is very difficult to achieve when a country is not powerful enough to offer such services. These countries should allow social networking, until they are capable of protecting their citizens and goods.
The people must be taught from education or government programs, about the dangers of adding strangers and certain players. A country can allow social networking, once its citizens understand who they can add. These citizens should care about their society and make sure that criminals or raiders outside cannot have access.
Chapter 6: Importance of Businesses & Economics (Rapid production, good trade, and having goods and services)
http://www.ru.nl/economics/@776702/pagina/#Definitie
Indeed, all urban settlements and civilization dated back since Ancient Times had an economy, but government and economists will need to take charge of its development. The common goal among every leader, is to have their country reach a robust state of social prosperity, where people can climb up to socioeconomic status (SES). A strong and fair economy is led by business owners and economists who provide the country with markets, money, and important economic work. The link above, is an informational page from Radboud University, that helps readers understand economics and business economics, and also relates how developing countries are affected by economic growth.
Quality of life in countries depend on how well society can handle work and their general upkeep. This is an important factor that will shape how countries will develop, and people only tolerate a well-developed country, so leaders must focus on economics and industrialization. Improving the economy through industrial and financial means, is the direct solution to the situation and countries must make a commitment to grow. When a steady economy is reached, that means society can handle its work and upkeep; At this stage, quality of life is excellent.
The economy is dedicated in satisfying supply-in-demand and keeping its consumers happy. It will need economists to fulfill this purpose by contributing to social prosperity and solving trade problems, with economic theories and policies. For example, around 700 B.C., the Lydians were the first Western culture to use money as a medium of exchange for goods. The invention of currency made trading safe and easy, compared to the flawed barter system in which one can be scammed during a “coincidence of wants” problem. Money transformed society for the better, because it secured trade and allowed businesses owners to start selling crafted-products in markets and shops.
Leaders starting a country will need to understand, that they must strive to work for a stronger and fairer economy. As the economy grows to sustain a more developed country, more players will join because there is simply more room for them. Fortunately, new countries have better success than developed countries in economic growth. Since 1950, the world’s population doubled from 2.515 billion people to 5.292 billion by 1990, and 86.6% of this growth were from least developed countries.
Chapter 7: Basic Economic Theories & Policies
The economy is such an important policy in countries that it became its own study, and included career options, like economists and business leaders. Now it is a separate discipline dominated by Western thinkers and their schools, but it used to be part of philosophy before the 18th-19th century industrial revolution. Since economic thought started in Ancient Greece, it has become complicated up-to-this day, but its theories and policies can be simplified:
- The economy is important because it is the careful management of available resources.
- For a society to function, it needs the people to work on producing goods, it needs to create a fair system that will distribute goods to people, and it needs to effectively supply the people’s demands.
- The goal for every economy is full employment, stability, economic growth, efficiency, and equity that are generally desired by society and pursued by governments through economic policies. The difficulties in that, however, are unemployment, inflation, and achieving national productivity.
- There are two coexisting views of economics in which the economy should operate: Microeconomics and macroeconomics. Microeconomists seek to improve the economy by promoting self-interest in a way that serves the economy - as if being led by an invisible hand, like private businesses. Macroeconomists are the opposite, whereas they believe that it is better to commit to the economy. They will study econometrics, gross domestic product (GDP), unemployment rates, national income, and price indexes.
- International economics, or foreign trading, is based on the idea of mercantilism, or the belief that economies can strengthen from profit made from other nations. The concerns, however, are trade abuses including smuggling and bad exchange. Around 1650, the British government pursued a policy of mercantilism by trading fish for gold. The world then imposed tariffs on imports to create trade barriers. From the late 16th-19th century, foreign trade became fair for all nations, and some of the best known trades that resulted were the Columbian Exchange and The Triangular Trade.
- Agricultural economics, or agronomics, seek to optimize the production and distribution of food. An agricultural economist will work with farmers and poachers to maximize income from their farms and hunting.
- Labour economics seek to understand the functioning and dynamics of job markets for wage labour. To create full employment and a quality workforce, business owners must hire workers with high enough wages to sustain their quality in life.
- There is public finance to assess the governmental effects on the economy, including federal tax, distribution of income/resources, and macroeconomic stabilization. Its responsibility is to regulate the private sectors of the country (industry, agriculture, foreign trade and transport). By providing basic services to its people, providing social services, ensuring economic stability, and indicating priorities of investment.
- There is applied welfare economics in any microeconomy, because it is the fruition of large-scale economies that are concerned with unemployment, interest rates, and inflation. Therefore, this branch will deal with costs and benefits of public projects, taxes on commodities, taxes on factors of production, agricultural programs, tariffs on imports, foreign exchange controls, different forms of industrial organization (monopolies), and various aspects of labor market behavior (minimum wages). It also allows insurance companies to provide coverage for people in the form of compensation, resulting from loss, damages, injury, or hardship.
- Economists and business owners use cost-benefit analysis (CBA) to determine options that provide the best and cost-efficient decision. The purpose of CBAs, is to verify an investment/decision whether its benefits outweigh the costs and also to compare the expected cost of each option against its expected benefits.
- To price a product, a business needs to be reasonable, know how much other competitors charge for the same product, and consider factors including its value, tax, and costs to produce the product. A price that is profitable and meets consumers’ interests is considered the equilibrium price.
- Concept of efficiency also states, that products must be measured by value in both broad terms (popularity) and usefulness (convenience). Useful products like food should be priced lower, because their demands are generally high.
- Law of one price states that each product has a uniformed-price, despite the fact that it is more expensive or cheaper in certain markets. When dealing with products, there are costs including transportation for the product, resulting in different prices. Consumers will simply buy the cheaper product or go the closest market selling it.
- The basic laws of supply and demand are: If demand increases, then the equilibrium price rises and supply increases. If demand decreases, then the equilibrium price falls and supply decreases. Conversely, law of demand argues that raising the price of certain products will decrease demand, because it violates the concept of efficiency.
- The quality of a new product being introduced is determined by its price, because customers will either perceive them as either better, cheaper, or both. For instance, in the business of selling dyed-wools, the most expensive wool compared to others is normally perceived as the dominant color.
- If people cannot afford to buy a particular commodity because it may be too expensive, like a house, then they are given the opportunity to borrow from banks. In other cases, people can afford to rent something for a period of time or spend on lobbying to improve their chances in winning something. This makes expensive commodities more affordable for everyone.
- A decision about what should be constructed upon a building project, is determined by hosting an auction, in which the investor putting up the highest bid decides. The highest bidder chooses what would be the most valuable investment.
- The government can impose federal programs to raise production of a certain good, prohibit the production of certain goods, and keep some prices high or low. It can also impose acts including taxation, controlling trade (protectionism), and enforcing property rights.
- Government and economists must take charge of the economy with a centrally-planned economic system, to reach the economic goal. In other words, they need to set down and enforce a level of control in production, distribution, and consumption of goods, to promote fairness and growth. This is the full scale of governmental control in the economy in order, from no-control to absolute-control: Laissez-faire capitalism (total freedom), Capitalism (free enterprise), Keynesian (low taxation), Public interest theory (supply public demands), Fascism (anti-foreign trade/isolationism), Monetarism (control of money), Neoclassical (control of goods), Austrian (marxism/communism/socialism), and Apartheid (slavery).
Chapter 8: Public Goods & General Service
http://www.socialstudieshelp.com/Eco_Public_Goods.htm
Public finance is the branch of government that taxes citizens and invests in general services desired by society, including infrastructure, national defense, public education, and law and order. Its responsibility is to regulate the country’s industry, agriculture, transportation, and foreign trade by providing basic and social services, ensuring economic stability, and making public investments.
In Planet of Cubes, a public good can be in the form of an underground system of water and lava, or a thick wall surrounding the country.
Other examples include:
- Design & Construction
- Government Agencies and Elected Officials
- Laws and Regulation
- Public Health and Safety
- Disasters and Emergencies
- Education
- Military & Special Forces
- Veterans Honor
- Real Estate
- Workplace Innovation
- Fire Emergency Services
- Health Care
Chapter 9: Politics (Society & Laws)
The most important role for world leaders is to take on the responsibility of their countries by actively participating in politics. The art of politics is making vital decisions during heated debates about conflicts and public affairs within society, and taking action to follow through on those plans. This is the battleground for leaders who will be applying their core leadership values and working with their government, or congressmen, to create effective laws and a more perfect union for society. The link above offers a free-online course from The Open University about the world of politics.
It is very important for citizens of a country to care about their politics, because they should know about the political decisions being made and have an opinion about them. Many people blindly see politics as government and the laws being made, but it is more complicated than that, because every law that is made will impact many. Every vote that congressmen and the people make whether it is a bill, a repeal, or during an election, will either break people or make people.
Sometimes a law, or any action, that is taken ends up negatively affecting society and so the public can protest. It is notable that the best way to protest is through rational movement and peace, in order to gain public attention and invoke the government to reform. In fact, according to Erica Chenoweth, an American political scientist, she states that nonviolent campaigns are becoming increasingly successful and violent campaigns are 50 percent more likely to fail.
This is a link to the founder of the Albert Einstein Institution, Gene Sharp’s list of nonviolent methods for peaceful campaigns: http://www.jeffreythompson.org/downloads/198MethodsOfNonviolentAction.pdf
Chapter 10: Food & Culture
http://ctb.ku.edu/en/table-of-contents/culture/cultural-competence/culture-and-diversity/main
The main reason that motivates people to come to a certain country, is undeniably that country’s heritage and traditions that they practice daily out of respect, and it is what defines one country from the rest of the world. The sacred foundations and originality of a country is influenced by its diverse culture, which are the beliefs, religion, and lifestyle of the people. Therefore, world leaders should promote culture for their people, because it is a strong part of people’s lives.
Notably, there are many different types of cultures in different places and world leaders should learn to tolerate them. For example, in families and home, there is a culture, or way of living, that family members must follow. Outside of home, however, there is a different culture whether in school or at a workplace, that they must follow. Leaders need to learn that cultures vary in different places and for safe functioning purposes, as stated in this link about types of cultures:
http://leading-safety.co.uk/all_types_of_culture_be_safe_cultures/
There is also culture everywhere in all different forms including food, music, art, humor, and international. In the world, international countries have very different cultures and they even practice different traditions.
It is important for all world leaders to respect other foreign cultures, because they need to be able to collaborate with partners from different parts of the world. One of the factors that help international alliances, is being able to tolerate different cultures, because it is such a strong part of people’s lives and also a gift from world leaders. Because of this, some of America’s traditions like picnics, fireworks, and BBQ, were adopted from Germany, China, and the Caribbean.
Chapter 11: War in General
“The soldier above all others prays for peace, for it is the soldier who must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war.” ~Douglas MacArthur, 1943
Warfare is a sad time in history where men and women lose their lives for their country, it is a tremendous loss on both sides. However, countries need to prepare to defend their way of life, because war is inevitable. They can become prime targets for many reasons including resources and land. All wars can be narrowed down into two main points: to better their way of life and protect their way of life.
To win a war, a country must be prepared to do more damage, locate the capital, and force the enemy to surrender. It will take real commitment to train a military and refine strategies that are capable of plowing armies and taking territories. Usually warfare will take weeks or even months because of infinite land, safe zones, and teleportation, but soldiers must remain vigilant and disciplined.
A country will have weapons of war in the form of the 1300s, during the era of chivalry, where knights rule the kingdom. They can be trained basic drill, infiltration tactics, and build fortifications, to defend their land and execute operations. Some of the most famous strategies include:
- Fortifications: castles, arrow slits, trenches, deep holes, thick walls, and pillboxes.
- Traps: Lava moats, TNT, pitfalls, golems, burning floors, and mazes.
- Guerilla-warfare and ambushes
- Deceptions
- Indirect warfare
- Flanking Maneuvers
- Pincer Maneuvers
Chapter 12: Foreign Policy (Diplomacy)
An important responsibility, that a world leader must take is to create and enforce foreign policy for his/her country. A foreign policy is a government strategy used in dealing with other nations, from all aspects which are trade, alliances, and world affairs.
A foreign policy will need to regulate trade with other nations by enforcing a tariff on imports, to keep trading on a fair level.
A foreign policy will need to be set for alliances by stating how the country works within a partnership.
A foreign policy will need to deal with world affairs by establishing ground-rules on how the country becomes involved.
Chapter 13: How to Form a Strategic Alliance
Alliances have been a main factor affecting how history occurred; it empowers countries, prevents war, and helps economic growth even today. Not only is it necessary in government, but it is also important in just about every organization in the world. For instance, businesses and companies compromise to create businesses plans that ensure both parties will become successful. However, you do not want to just form alliances with everyone; there are lame clans or destructive clans that can lead to your fate, just by sharing a relationship with them. Therefore, you always want an active alliance that will work with you, but how is it going to work?
- Focus less on defining business plan and more on how you’ll work together. If you want to explain what a business plan is, then show them how they can work with you.
- Do not let your partner discuss how the entire relationship will work, otherwise you likely will not get all that you want. Make sure that you get your benefit, by working with him/her.
- Create a solid business plan backed up by a detailed contract. You can’t rely on them remembering every little detail, so write it all down and have him/her agree to the terms.
- Respect the differences that your partner has with you, or else it will only fall apart and create conflict. View his/her differences in a positive light, and think about how his/her assets can help both of you.
- Go the extra mile to encourage collaborative behavior from your partner. The biggest problem with alliance teams, is a tendency to assign blame the minute something goes wrong. It’s important to focus on building a strong relationship, so later you can both cooperate.
Chapter 14: Administrative Meetings & Discussions
Meetings are typical and important for any organization, that wants to fulfill their goals while saving time, money, and talent. These are great opportunities for members to exchange ideas, make plans, and discuss objectives. A good meeting makes well-thought out decisions, solves conflicts, and maximizes productivity. However, meetings can become a big waste of time, unless you always know how to leave your members feeling energized and excited. To run one effectively, stick to these points:
- Make the objective(s) clear and straightforward. People will be wondering why they’re there, so have a purpose and bring it up. Gather your people to seek input, make a decision, or to inform.
- Think about who you should call to a meeting, because if someone you invited can’t even help, then they will feel useless. Everyone must be able to talk and share ideas.
- Good reasons for a meeting are things, like seeking input on a particular situation, arriving at an important decision, or to inform about any news that they may not know of.
- Stick to your schedule, once you announced a date and time for your meeting. Then, start it in time and end it in time. People appreciate it if you understand that their time is valuable.
- Always follow up on what your members decided, because people need to know what is going to happen after the meeting. Write down the responsibilities given, the tasks made, and any deadlines. Everyone must be on the same page.
Chapter 15: Entrepreneurs & The Workforce
It’s important that the workforce is lead by entrepreneurs, who will continue motivating them to be productive and also striving to make the economy more fair and efficient.
Facility managers have a massive role, in providing a stable source of raw material for industries in the economy. Industry owners depend on them, to continue manufacturing products to shops, private businesses, and public services. The balance can be disrupted and provoke angry workers, if facilities and their workforce stopped pumping raw material into the economy. Therefore, facility managers need to carefully invest in the ability of their workforce.
Entrepreneurs have an important role, in creating a more efficient and secured system through business plans - that in theory, will save money and lower prices effectively. They need to find ways to boost income, while keeping in mind of the nation’s sacred foundations, and it only attracts more people to live in your country. They also need to figure out how to make trading safer and easier, unlike outside where players will steal things and trick others.
With effective business leaders, the workforce will be motivated to reach organizational goals and develop good business ethics.
Chapter 16: Military Training & Discipline (Honor, Courage, and Commitment)
Before the leader or his general sends his army away, he/she must make sure that they are prepared for whatever the moment requires. Therefore, training and discipline is an important part of any military unit.
The key difference between bravery and cowardness is self-discipline. Would you as a soldier risk your life, for your own country? If you say yes, then you have the privilege to join the military, and be honored by millions as well as a life’s worth paycheck. Most of your time in the military will be rough and nightmarish, but are you tough enough? In your first days of boot camp, your drill sergeant will be drilling self-discipline into your head. It will become your duty to gain strength, endurance, knowledge, and spirit faster than an average student in class. Before a moment’s notice, you will be sent to war and expected to push enemy lines - never giving an excuse for failure. As long as your country’s flag is still there, you will stay in combat until you have sealed a victory for your nation.
Chapter 17: Health Care and Emergency Aid
https://www.urban.org/research/publication/why-health-insurance-important
World leaders would understand the importance of medical aid and offer to build hospitals for people in need. Having health insurance is important for several reasons including timely care, emergency aid, and professional help. On the other hand, uninsured people receive less medical care, less timely care, and they have worse health outcomes. Without coverage they are left to taking care of themselves and it is a fiscal burden for them and their friends.
Nonetheless, countries should invest in healthcare because it would mean a major advantage in technology and advancement. Players would agree, that the benefit of expanding coverage outweighs the costs for added services. Affordable access to safety-net care from clinics and hospitals, would mean that players can depend on doctors that are providing medicine for them. Health care benefits include treatment, emergency services, mental health services, preventing death, technology advancement, and huge income.
The military would also appreciate the benefits of emergency aid and infirmaries that can heal soldiers during war. With coverage, soldiers can be pulled out of war to resupply and quickly return to continue battling. The benefit of expanding coverage for soldiers in combat includes health recovery, stress relief, and mental health services. Overall, this will help the military overwhelm enemy forces, stay longer in war, and prevent casualties.
Chapter 18: Importance of Education
Many educators would agree, with South Africa’s former President and political leader, Nelson Mandela, when he quoted, “Education is a powerful weapon that can be used to change the world.” If that were to also be applied here, then one can only imagine how players would make use of their world. Education would spread ideas and influence, and provide great leaders with constructive genius to make society easier and more enjoyable for all.
Leaders should invest in the Department of Education, that promises to develop curriculum and teach the youth how to be creative and survival, including real-world education. The purpose of this, is to train members of society into good problem solvers, idea contributors, and entrepreneurs. The nation needs good leaders, like business leaders, politicians, commanding executive officers and chairmen, and secretaries to continue tracking the economy and guiding the nation throughout the future.
Overall, it will help citizens learn to appreciate civilization and their government.
Chapter 19: Government Campaigns & Elections
https://quizlet.com/23023799/ap-government-elections-and-campaigns-flash-cards/
It is necessary for national committees, state committees, and legislative campaign committees to recruit candidates and raise money for their campaigns. The purpose of government campaigns and elections, is to maintain government control and minimize retirement within their ranks. Although, world leaders need to trust the powers vested in him/her with the candidate, so they host a presidential election. The presidential election is an opportunity for representatives of a political party to show their political interests and potential for office.
Chapter 20: Court Systems, Judges, and the Law
To live in a civil society, we must have some rules to follow at the local, state, and most importantly, the national level. Laws protect our general safety and ensure our rights as citizens against abuses by other people, by organization, and by Congress itself; It regulates your food safety, license our doctors to ensure they’re professionally trained, and gives us our human rights. Therefore, we need laws to make our nation safe and have people follow them.
To establish justice and create a more perfect union, the leader would form the judicial branch and select the justices who has the power to secure law and order according to the Constitution. Thus, any violation made by those as well as Congress, to the laws will result in the proper punishment, and this would keep your country under control. The justices will invest their power in the Supreme Court and a system of federal courts.
The main difference between the federal court and supreme court, is that the federal court deals with the common people and their trials, while supreme court actually deals with very special cases that has a tendency to be controversial. The federal court judge will listen to testimonies, usually from lawyers, and come up with a verdict after hearing both sides. Supreme court is more complicated because they deal with people that criticizes the law. It will listen to the person’s testimony and decide whether he/she should be arrested or whether his/her argument is justified and becomes law. However, if the person received punishment, then he/she can contact a party that will proceed to appeal his/her case.
Chapter 21: Law Enforcement, Public Safety, and Mental Health
In a civil society, the rules embedded to maintain fairness and trust are sometimes abused by criminals. These citizens commit crime and put many in danger for their own corruption. With criminals, society cannot promote a safe and orderly environment. It damages the reputation for one’s nation, creates tension in a community, and degenerates support for the respected foundations. Thus, the government must secure its nation.
Many countries established Police departments to effectively protect law and order. The organization’s cause is to reduce crime and the fear of crime–as well as improving the perception of safety and the quality of life within a community. This is the role of a police officer:
- Protecting people and property from dangers and theft.
- Patrolling the areas that they are assigned.
- Respond to people calling for help.
- Make arrests and issue citations for those who are violating the law.
- Testify in court cases of the individual he/she is responsible for.
- Volunteer to do community service and encouraging the norms governing society.
Chapter 22: Building & Construction
https://www.architecturaldigest.com/architecture-design
Similar to culture, a country needs to build a beautiful and safe environment for society to live in. Architecture is the art that provides civilians the physical environment they live in. In fact, humans value this art so much because it is a permanent expression of society values, desires, ways of thinking, and ideology. By definition, architecture is the practice of designing and constructing buildings. Planning and producing blueprints are a crucial part in designing structures and monuments.
Architecture is also imperative to a country’s defenses including fortification and traps. The military requires their private property to be blast-resistant, and well-defended against strikes. They have a high demand for professional civil-engineers that will build correctly according to instructions, because their forces depend on it.
Even though architects are interested in designing, they also need to consider safety for people using their structures. Safety is valued above all others almost everywhere.
Chapter 23: Recreation for Society
A country should also grant access to entertainment and amusement for people on their leisure time. A fun and pleasurable activity diverts people from their demanding lives. It is important, that these activities support a healthy lifestyle for people to relax and spend their time by being safe and enjoyable for everyone of all ages. A well-governed society should ensure fairness, security, and happiness for their people. It should not intend to promote happiness at the expense of others such as competition. Entertainment can take various forms including music, theatre drama, storytelling, sports, and traditional performances. Other safe and friendly events that society can offer are:
- Shopping centers
- Theaters
- Monuments
- Historical sites
- Art galleries
- Contests
- Parks
- Tourism
- Comedy
- Peaceful religions
- Songs
- Parties and celebrations

Ya_Boi Luis,I don't cry cause I literally seen everything except the undead and aliens for u people that believe in them XD but still I'm use to death and pain I just don't care anymore
THE META, aliens are real bible proves their existance
Ya_Boi Luis, hey I'm not religious idc XD I live life have fun and die and go from there if there is something after that other then that eh real or not idc
THE META, also there's a chance hes just gonna fake dieing as an excuse to leave the game like others I know of on forums

THE META, I don't care
Ya_Boi Luis,my point shut up and carry on with your life XD
Infact this whole argument started when you got mad at me for not caring

Luis Khan, we understand your pain and we will support you. Over the months, GHE has been discriminating you, but now it is affecting you personally. You're going through mechanolic depression. We want you to move on and return back to who you once were. Please read this and reach out for mental help: https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/how-everyone-became-depressed/201404/the-inability-cry~
HeroSonic, depression ha ha ha hahahahahahaha I'm not depressed I'm happy fucking happy im shittting happiness I'm probably going crazy kian literally is the centerpiece of GHE without him its civil war and them all fucking each other for power and even better scarlet will leave also I hated her ass ha I'm not depressed its 2 weights off my back and eventually a whole GHE off this could possibly be the best thang eva
Ya_Boi Luis, sir, you have to calm down even though you have every right to feel that way. We're here to support you, so we want you to realize that you are not yourself in this moment.
HeroSonic, I understand why you think Kian is the mastermind. But I don't think you may know, that he may be psychopathic and that you were taken advantage of by him. Because of this, you are feeling furious and you have every right to be. This is not how you should act upon his illness, though. If you want to fix this madness, then I advise that you take another approch other than complaning.
HeroSonic, complaining*
.-.
This is way too complicated for PoC. It's impossible to do it all because PoC is just an online game that most kids play. The system to build civilization has to work quite simply. I write now a contribution, how a civilization can work also.
Waldmeister8, that would be great
PoC Laws of Physics Review - Thu, 2018-1-11
1.) All players need to walk at most 20 blocks away in order to change their locations. It is scientifically proven that a coordinate unit has an area of 400 blocks-squared. In other words, a unit is 20 blocks long since that is the length of the area.
2.) All players are moving an estimated speed of 3.5 blocks/s. Proven by the 20-block dash, a player can finish in 5.75 seconds. Thus, he or she can move at most 10 coordinate-units or 210 blocks in only a minute.
3.) Every safe zone is located at every origin which begins infinitely every 50 units from (0,0). They have an area of 81 coordinate units or 1,620 blocks-squared. In other words, the zone is 9 units or 180 blocks long.
4.) All land surrounding every origin that are within a radius of 20 units or 400 blocks will regenerate every week, if not in the safe zone. The 20-unit radius extends from the zone and to the land outside. Only land out of the radius are free where structures can be built permanently, but nontheless the surface around sea level and all ores will still regenerate daily. Proven by observation.
PoC Laws of Physics - Mon, 2019-4-22
1.) Pattern of XY-Coordinate Map: the pattern states that each Safe-Zone is infinitely generated every 50 coordinate-units from (0,0) at every origin. The universal compass works according to the directions of the xy-axes. Given by fact.
New Query: what is the exact pattern of biome generation?
2.) XY-Coordinates: every player has a position in the XY-Coordinate Map. Each coordinate has a dimension of 16 block-length by 16 block-width, thus an area of 256 blocks-squared. Therefore, all players must move at least 16 blocks away, the length of it, to change their positions. Proven by trial-and-error, credit to player Deathstar (Θ๓ΞᏩᏜ).
3.) Safe-Zone: the dimensions of the zone are 9 length by 9 width in coordinate-units, thus an area of 81 units-squared. Converted to blocks, the area is now 20,736 blocks-squared, from multiplying Zone’s area with the Coordinate’s 16*16 dimensions (for it has dimensions too).
New Query: other than its area, what is its volume (with the fact now revealed, that players can in fact go under)?
4.) Terrain Regeneration: observation states that all land within a radius of 20 coordinate-units from the center of Safe Zone will regenerate and reset weekly, if not in Zone. Outside the radius, changes are permanent but all surface above sea-level and all ores will still regenerate daily.
New Query: Exactly, at what level does the surface at sea-level regenerate or not regenerate?
4.) Player’s Speed: all players move about 3.5 blocks per second. Proven by the 20-block dash, in which a player can finish with 5.75 seconds. Thus, all players can move 10 coordinate-units, or 210 blocks, in a minute.
New Queries: what is the estimated speed with the Potion of Swiftness or Slowness? How about other statistics for player and mobs? (e.g. hit and shoot range, hunger, mining rate).
5.) Volume/Area of Biome: The area of every Biome is 640,000 blocks-squared, but the estimated volume of every Biome is 40,960,000 blocks-cubed, if every Biome had the same height. Calculated by taking the Biome’s dimension of 50 unit-length by 50 unit-width, which is 2,500 units-squared or 640,000 blocks-squared, then given the approximate height of Sea-level: 64 blocks.
With the Safe Zone subtracted, the area is 619,264 blocks-squared and the volume is about 39,632,896, if Zone’s height is also Sea-Level. The Safe Zone’s subtractor is founded by taking the sum of each fourth of its Zone from the corners of the Biome’s dimension, which comes out as the whole Safe Zone.

HeroSonic,
Laws of Physics - Apr. 24, 2021 (Planet of Cubes - Version 4.15.1)
Is the planet really infinite?
The planet is finite. The end of the world is a border which you cannot pass 32,715 coordinate units away in all compass directions from 0:0. This means that the planet is 65,400 coordinate-units long and 65,400 coordinate-units wide with an area of 4,277,160,000 coordinate units or 1,094,952,960,000 blocks and the volume is 140,153,978,900,000 blocks—and there are 85,543,200 realms. There is land at the other side of that border. The most a player has ventured is actually 32,724 coordinate units in which that player used a boat to glitch pass (OOIB). If that player unmounts the boat, he or she does not die but gets thrown back to border with the boat forced around. Found out by exploring and calculating. Credit to Gordon at 32724: 669, BlueTangs Rock3 at 32498: 32715, and Rebmir at 0: -32715.
OOIB: Out of intended borders.
How does the compass show where you are?
The map is a cartesian coordinate system. The compass is in the format: (X : Y). The x-coordinate moves right going east and left going west. The y-coordinate moves up going north and down going south. Your coordinate position changes every time you have walked 16 blocks, because a coordinate unit is 16 block-long and 16 block-wide with an area of 256 blocks and a volume of 32,768 blocks. The height from sky to bedrock is 128 blocks, and sea level is in the middle of that—64 blocks. Found out by observation and counting with credit to Deathstar (Θ๓ΞᏩᏜ).
Where is every spawn zone located?
There is a spawn zone every 50 coordinates units in every compass direction starting from 0:0. A spawn zone is 9 coordinate-units long and 9 coordinate-units wide with an area of 81 coordinate units or 20,736 blocks and a volume of 2,654,208 blocks. You cannot dig under nor build over a spawn zone due to force field. Found out by counting.
Player’s Speed: Found out by the twenty-block dash and stopwatch.
All players walk about 3.5 blocks per second, and 210 blocks or 13 coordinate-units per minute; it takes 3 minutes and 48 seconds to walk fifty coordinate-units from a spawn zone’s center to the next.
All players sprint 4.7 blocks per second, and 282 blocks or 17 coordinate-units per minute; it takes 2 minutes and 56 seconds to sprint fifty coordinate units. They cannot sprint when they have equal to or less than 3 hunger points.
All players sneak 0.9 blocks per second, and 54 blocks or 3 coordinate-units per minute; it takes 16 minutes and 39 seconds to sneak fifty.
All players swim 1.6 blocks per second, and 96 blocks or 6 coordinate-units per minute; it takes 8 minutes and 19 seconds to swim fifty.
On boat, all players ride 2.6 blocks per second, 156 blocks or 9 coordinate-units per minute; it takes 5 minutes and 33 seconds to ride fifty.
On horse, all players ride 5.8 blocks per second, 350 blocks or 21 coordinate-units per minute; taking 2 minutes and 22 seconds to ride fifty.
Drinking a swiftness potion, all players walk 4.5 blocks per second, 270 blocks or 16 coordinate-units per minute; taking 3 minutes and 7 seconds to walk fifty; and sprint 5.7 blocks per second, 342 blocks or 21 coordinate-units per minute. Drinking a swiftness potion+, all players walk 5.4 blocks per second, 324 blocks or 20 coordinate-units per minute; taking 2 minutes and 30 seconds to walk fifty; and sprint 6.5 blocks per second, 390 blocks or 24 coordinate-units per minute; taking 2 minutes and 5 seconds to sprint fifty. Drinking a swiftness potion II, all players walk 6.6 blocks per second, 398 blocks or 24 coordinate-units per minute; and sprint 8.1 blocks per second, 486 blocks or 30 coordinate-units per minute; taking 1 minute and 39 seconds to sprint fifty.
Splashed by slowness potion, all players walk 4.1 blocks per second, 246 blocks or 15 coordinate-units per minute; taking 3 minutes and 20 seconds to walk fifty; and sprint 4.8 blocks per second, 288 blocks or 18 coordinate-units per minute; taking 2 minutes and 46 seconds to sprint fifty.
Furnace Speed: It takes 8 seconds to cook each item. It takes 8 minutes and 32 seconds to cook sixty-four items. You do not have to be online for a furnace to cook. One oak plank cooks 1 to 2 items. One coal cooks 7 to 8 items. One pressure plate, wood stair, sign, fence, fence gate, wooden sword, or tool damaged or undamaged cooks 1 item. One lava bucket cooks 84 to 85 items (you do not get the bucket back). One crafting table, stick, wood slab, or button cannot cook 0 items. (You cannot cook a door nor trapdoor.) Found out by stopwatch.
Brewing Stand Speed: It takes 9 seconds to brew up to three potions. You do not have to be online for a brewing stand to brew. One blaze powder brews up to three potions. Found out by stopwatch.
*Mob Spawners do not spawn mobs when you are near.
*You can stack up to 64 blocks in your inventory. You cannot stack armor, swords, tools, nor boats.
*Hostile mobs spawn both in night-time and day-time when there is low-to-no light. Neutral and hostile mobs do not spawn on water. Literally, if every block is lit with a torch, only neutral mobs can spawn in day-time and night-time.
*Any mob instantly disappears when you exit out of the game unless other players are near. A horse with armor will not disappear when you exit out the game or leave the area. [what about golem? Donkey?]. You cannot sprint nor teleport while riding.
*[how long does it take to grow a seed, etc.] You have to be online and near in order for a seed to grow. You cannot hit someone’s donkey, horse, or iron golem in a spawn zone.
*All types of wood make the same durable tool.
*Mobs see you through walls, but not when you are underground.[how far away can they see?]
*A whole day is 20 minutes. Day-time lasts 11 minutes. Night-time lasts 9 minutes. The Sun rises from west and sets in the east.
*After the tutorial, you will spawn in the 50:-100 Tutorial Biome.
*A player has 10 full hearts, 10 hunger points, and 10 armor points.
*Tap or click a boat three to five times with any sword or tool to destroy it. You cannot use your hands to.
*If you have someone’s home point, you cannot set another home point after you have used yours.
*You cannot get affected from throwing a splash potion at yourself.

Realm: 25-width by 25-length zone—in coordinate units—with a 9 by 9 spawn zone in its center. The area is 625 coordinate-units or 160,000 blocks and the volume is 20,480,000 blocks. With the spawn zone subtracted, the area is 544 coordinate-units or 139,264 blocks and the volume is 17,825,792 blocks. Found out by counting and calculating.
Unexplored realm: one player must walk at least one block into that realm before you can teleport to it. This means that dungeon chests there have not been looted and there is no base built.
Explored realm: teleportable. High chance the first player that walked one-block into there is a pro with knowledge of where the landmarks and dungeons are. High chance the landmarks have been raided, but low chance the dungeon chests have due to zero-visibility underground.
Are the chests you find in landmarks always empty?
The landmark chests are always empty, but landmarks have bookcases, iron blocks, lapis blocks, diamond blocks, empty dispensers, stone bricks, or nether bricks. The dungeon chests in unexplored realms are always filled including a golden apple.
How many different biomes are there?
There is a biome in each realm. When at the center of four realms, which is the coordinate-unit 25 coordinate units away from each four spawn zones in a 50 by 50 area, you would see four biomes—the most you can see standing. Found out by exploring. (A 50-by-50 area is 2,500 coordinate units or 640,000 blocks. With a fourth of each four spawn zone—on each vertice of that area—subtracted, the area is 2,419 coordinate units or 619,264 blocks.
There are 21 biomes and their names are: Tutorial, Diamond Temple, Snow, Snowy Hill, King’s Highway, Village, Minaret, Pagoda, Not-Ocean, Castle, Jungle, Cherry Hill, Gazebo, Windmill, Windmill X, Red Clay, Swamp, Mountain, Temperate Deciduous Forest, Birch, Muqarna.
