To mob proof your base using the minimum amount of torchesPlace torches in a diagonal patern with five blocks inbetween
Mow your lawn hahaha no seriously if ther is a lot flowers and grass blades your game will lag severly every time you turn and look at it
Don't craft and axe unlike the pickaxe and shears thers no exclusive drop from using an axe
Kill sheep to keep your lawn green and kill chickes to reduce lag those eggs add up after awile
Finaly log out and log back in to get rid of mobs if your traped in a cave without food

When traveling, eat one piece of any food and walk in a straight in line, no jumping, mining, attacking, etc! You hunger will last for over 40mins-1 hour
