I have a few suggestions that I believe would improve player feedback when hitting another player (PvP) or any mob (hostile or passive).
While there is already audio feedback, the volume needs to be turned up quite high for it to be noticeable.
Adding a hitmarker on the crosshair (similar to those used in FPS games when you deal damage to a target) would be a great addition. It's a clear visual indicator and doesn't clutter the screen.
Another very useful option would be the ability to adjust the render scale (or resolution scale). Lowering it would improve performance by increasing FPS, while raising it would provide a sharper image and reduce aliasing.
It would also be helpful to allow even lower sensitivity settings. Personally, I need a lower sensitivity than the current minimum, and I don't think this would be a difficult feature to implement.
Lastly, I'd like to thank you for the improvements introduced in the latest update. Network performance seems to have improved significantly. Previously, I would often receive poor connection warnings even when playing on a private map, despite having a stable internet connection. That issue appears to be fixed now, and I really appreciate it. It was actually the main reason I stopped playing, so it's great to be able to enjoy the game again. :)
