The other day I lost my good sword cause I tried to ride my horse through a doorway and even when I got out of the doorway it still said I was suffocating no matter what I did it wouldn't stop and I died and when I went to get my stuff it was gone!!

The standart doorway is 2 block high. Whe you are on horse, you are taller then 2 blocks. Don't try to fit the doorway while you are mounted.
But we agree that you shouldn't suffocated that way. We will try to find and fix this problem. In which game mode you've encountere this problem?
I always put 2 gates above the door. Just a little bit more space for horses.
I always ride my horses through doorways I start suffocating but if I hurry I get out fast enough this time it just killed me I was on survival and multiplayer
It wasn't even a long door I ride my horses down stairs that are longer then the door and long hallways and it never kills me so idk why the door did
Break the door.if your stuck in sand or gravel,you can keep breaking it,and eventually you can get out of it
I was out of it I was suffocating in the air well I was running on grass and when I died it said i suffocated in a wall
