ok i recommend to buy full bases instead individual houses, it cna be raided so easily , so build large and huge undeground bases and rent it for high price like 8 dbs per day(actually not very high) you can make three bases like: base i wood underground size : 500 times 500 6 dbs price,second (cobble and basic design 1000 times 1000 ) 15 dbs three ( luxurious design with some lapis and go ld blocks around 4000 times 4000 with large farm 30 dbs
last one : supreme design with diamond blocks and gold ones and iron with perfect design, 8000 times 8000 , 3 stacks of dbs
no one will buy individual houses thus actually they arent worth 1 or 2 diamonds
