All the people who live in our civilization have the same goal: they want to live together peacefully in civilization with other people and become rich.
When people are in civilization, they have only 5 rules to follow that allow them to live together peacefully and become rich.
Rule 1: If the offender injures or kills the victim, all people from civilization must kill the offender.
Rule 2: If the offender destroys something from the victim, all civilization people must kill the offender.
Rule 3: If the offender steals something from the victim, all civilization people must kill the offender.
Rule 4: All people in civilization must follow the rules, if a player does not comply with a rule, all civilization people must kill the player.
Rule 5: Always at sunrise and at sunset, all people of civilization must meet in one place and recite all the rules, if a player does not appear and does not say the rules, all civilization people must kill the player.
Police and executive: The police are not the executive. All people of civilization are the executive. Problem: People have to learn the rule. So that people do not forget the rules, there is rule 5.
Government: There is no king and no government. People just have to stick to the rules.
Economy: The rules enable a peaceful coexistence and trade. This is how a big market economy can arise
