I was trying to shoot an arrow at a spider and the bow turned into this. It's probably because I dropped the bow while shooting it at the same time. Then the game got stuck, I could not see any block but animals. I reopened the game and it's all back to normal. Not a very serious glitch but it's better to let you know.
