For some reason I keep getting disconnected from a map/server when I'm on PC so I thought it's my wifi but my network is pretty solid and runs fine with other games however when I switch to mobile there's no problem but on PC I keep getting disconnected...
Before recent updates it was fine but now it's just bad, tried VPNs since I'm located in South Africa yet that didn't work.
I've restarted my PC, checked my connection, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I reset my wifi and updated my PC yet no luck
Admins can you please check this out?

1) Do you use the game client from Microsoft Store?
2) Which version of Windows do you have?
3) As I understand, when after you disconnected, you see a message about lost connection, do you?

1) On which version of the game you have this problem - Planet of Cubes or Planet Craft?
2) What is the version of your client. Check the number on the bottom in the main menu.
3) We'd like to know your ping. Please, open the Search on your PC, write cmd and then write ping google.com - t in the opened window,and press enter. Send the screenshot of the results here.
4) As I understand, you connect both your mobile device and PC to the same Wi-Fi network, and the game works fine on mobile but have connection issues on PC. Correct?
