I think an option to report users would not be bad, it would be similar to many other games as if someone wrote in the chat next to their message there was an option to report the user in case he writes bad words or spam the chat

Or I don't know, maybe a new profile system where you can search for users by name and where you would have the option to add them as friends or report them
