We pretty much owe the red allies only. I will make a base for the red allies. P.S. there may be some payment involved because bases are bigger than houses.
depends on the size. You want underground (easier to make and is not resource draining as well as being hidden) or above ground (resource draining and visible)? Maybe a sky base (very resource draining but fairly hidden) or treehouse (not too draining on resources as well as slightly hidden)?

For players playing on the PC version of PoC, they could easily see a sky base due to the fact that they can apparently set their view distance to a max of 10 (in comparison to the mobile player's max of 2), though you only need about 6 view distance to see a structure at world height limit.
Although sky bases are typically hidden from most of the mobile players, plenty of the PC players are still going to easily spot it, which is why I can never recommend building serious/long-term sky bases.
It could be possible that just developers and Solverlabs staff would have access to anything higher than 6 render distance, but then why would Pocadimin use this image to represent a PC player's render distance.

There could also be another possibility for why they may have 10 render distance is because in a way, max render distance also historically (back when variable render distance was still a feature in mobile versions of PoC) was able to vary it's maximum view distance option based on the device's capabilities, with lowest end mobile devices only getting 2 render distance max, and higher end phones getting up to 6 render distance max before this feature was removed in 2018.
so are you going to pay back or build a new house
You payed 5 dbs
anyhow i forgot the price, but do you guys rebuild or just give back sorry

BlueTangs Rock3, I own planetcraft on Windows, IOS, and Android, and all of them have 6 chunks at the max render distance.
The source of my information on max PC render distance was from Pocadimin's response to a suggestion I made from a year and a half ago; https://netplay.live/content/better-render-distance
