IxV01dxI, soul sand is easy to get go to the temple desert spawn go north until you see a cactus then turn left until you reach a mountain inside the mountain is a desert city and there's soul sand in the mountain side
Yes actually I was doing lava casting and took the lava up so it was just flowing and then I had something too do left came back and the lava froze i had start it manually again.

I once had soul sand, but then I lost it. Wait ima check if I still have it.
Soul sand naturally generates in abundance on certain desert biome mountains, it's not really a rare block.
