Why is there only one mansion?
why am I the definition of lag?
Why does your body stay still and vulnerable when the game crashes or whatever?
Where are slow falling potions
Why do I feel like if I made a graph depicting the amount of coins I spend and the amount I gain it would be mainly going down?
Where is Silk touch lol?
Where is thorns lol?
I have some phantom membrane that piggy and I have gotten (We died more than several times due to lag) and how much is it worth?
Where are leads?
Is it just me (Actually) lagging when I am at mansion or in a populated spawn zone?
How much is phantom membrane worth?

When I say "Where is Silk touch/thorns, I know they are inside of the  game.. But for me they are rare

We know about the lags in the Mansion, and we are searching for a way to fix this problem. The overall Mansion will be improved in the future.
Some enchantments are rare indeed. That's how it is supposed to be.

1. There's only one woodland mansion so Solverlabs would keep easier track on the resources that the players had collected from there, and also since with the way that biome maps and normal generated structures work; there's only 20 biome map templates that duplicate and choose locations near-infinitely and any naturally generated structures, resources, and points of interest in a particular biome map would repeat infinitely, and would always appear in the exact same positions in their respective biome map, meaning once you've learnt where a point of interest in a biome is at, you can find that same point of interest in other of the same biome-type near infinitely.
In the case of woodland mansions, if they naturally generated in the biome of its particular type, then that would result in the same mansion generating in the same biome type, in the same position in that biome, near-infinitely/map-wide. In a case like this it's either just one structure, or near-infinitely many structures that are very easy to find once you learn where the particular structure is.

2. I'm not sure what you mean by this, but an excess in entities near you (for example; too many players, animals, pets, golems, monsters, items, falling gravity-affected blocks, and boats) will lag you out. Another thing that can lag you out for some reason is an excess of transparent foliage-based blocks (for example; leaves, tall grass, ferns, dry shrubs, flowers, crops, double-tall grass, and double-tall ferns). High render distance also causes some lag, though you cannot change your render distance on most versions of PoC/The mobile versions of PoC, as that feature was removed in 2018, leaving mobile players with a tiny render distance of 2-3 (depending on your device); these days the change-able render distance feature is only available on the Windows 10/Windows Store, however on there you can set your render distance to over 10 (the largest known render distance in any Solverlabs Minecraft-like game that's available to average players; you could see a quarter of a biome map's size on a single screen, and you could see any blocks placed on the world's height limit from ground level).

-

3. There's a technical issue in PoC where your player's entity or the player client doesn't leave the server properly, keeping your player's 3D model, hitbox, player data, and status effects on the map even when you're no longer on the game anymore, and if a hostile mob, hostile player, or environmental hazard comes after you before you can get back on the server to exit off properly, then you're basically a sitting duck and will quickly die.

-

4. That's a thing in PoC now? If it was possible to brew slow falling potions, then it would most likely be the same brewing method as in Minecraft. However knowing the history of PoC's placeholder potion-based items, it could be possible that there's currently no uses for phantom membrane, as back in 2016, when most of PoC's placeholder potion-based items (such as netherwarts, magma cream, ghast tears, blaze rods, etc.) where added, brewing stands were not added until the next major update afterwards, so for a brief couple of months between the two updates there were no uses for those potion-based items. Phantom membrane if that's a thing in this game, could likely have no uses at the moment.

-

5. When you start a new PoC account, you have many opportunities to get new coins; the easiest achievements to earn are earned around this time, ad blocks actually give you a decent amount of coins, you can "watch free ads" (renewable) and follow Solverlab's social media accounts (non-renewable) via the "need more coins?" button on the in-game shop, and you get your daily rewards; however the longer you play the game, the less coin opportunities you get because the easier achievements had already been earned and achievements are non-renewable sources of coins (once you earn all achievements in PoC, you can no longer get new coins from achievements until Solverlabs ads some more achievements to the game in a future update, but this isn't sustainable), methods such as breaking ad blocks and watching "free ads" stop becoming effective because the more times you use them the lower your coin reward yield from them is until eventually you only earn a single coin from them (not a good use of your time to watch a 30-second ad, a long/dragged out interactable ad, or a sketchy full-screen ad pop up, and risk being killed by mobs on the server, all for a single in-game coin at a time), you could only follow Solverlab's social media accounts once via the "need more coins?" menu, and although the more you actively play PoC the more daily in-game coins you get as a reward, that ends up being your only decent source of renewable coins in the long run, unless you participate in Official PoC Events of course (which in the case that you won or got a decent place in the event, it is the largest source of in-game coins you could get).

-

6&7. There are some other ways to get enchanted books other than using in-game coins at an enchantment table; there is the woodland mansion, and in certain biomes (especially in one of the desert-type biome maps) there are particular chests that currently generate Minecraft's dungeon loot-tables (including random enchanted books) at the moment, they might help you out in finding the enchantments you're looking for.

-

8. This would go with #4.

-

9. This would go with #2; there's too many entities around you; players, illagers, typical hostile mobs, animal mobs around the outside of the mansion, dropped items, etc.

-

10. This would go with #4 & #8.

Elytras are one of the few items (other than spawn eggs), that have no natural ways of obtaining them; they're only available via the in-game shop.

Pingu

BlueTangs Rock3, What if you kill a player who already has an Elytra and they drop it? I think I got one from a lucky block once too. But that was in a private map.

If a player had an elytra on them when they died, and didn't drink a keep-inventory potion before hand, then the elytra has a chance of dropping, just like any other item, or armor piece. To my knowledge, Elytras are not obtainable via lucky blocks, but I wouldn't say that I'm 100% sure about that, so it may still be an unlikely possiblity.

I got an elytra from a lucky block 2 times this month so they definitely are possible drops just kinda rare

Pingu

by the way, why is it that I sometimes find chests in random places ( like under a tree, near a mountain, or in a desert. There is always nothing in them, or a few items left by other people? I found  a few near a desert and a base got exposed... I just go there sometimes for like the few diamonds that respawn there.

In numerous biomes there are empty chests that are randomly dotted across the landscape, these are considered naturally generated structures since these chests can also spawn in newly generated biomes, and newly generated private maps.

I would like to see spawn eggs for the mobs from the mansion since I cannot go there using any of my devices without crashing.

Archangel Gabriel

Maybe, remake the mansion, alittle similar, but reduce the mob spawn, and make more parkour type traps,so they can fall through the ground down far,and make the mansion alittle taaaaallller

Pistons could be limited to mansions only..

Pingu wrote: Pistons could be limited to mansions only..

Why so? That would greatly limit redstone and building possibilities for PoC

Pingu
Pingu's picture

BlueTangs Rock3, So that PoC can use them an intended, and until they are sure that you cannot glitch with them, they could be available to the public.
(Basically as a preview and how it could be used as a trap of something...) I don't know, I guess so they can't glitch with them. (If there was a glitch, it would be used in the mansion, like an X-Ray glitch, so it doesn't really harm anyone except glitcher) No bases would be found.

No I just think pistons are For traps.. Like in the mansion... But hopefully everyone has the ability to craft pistons :)

Maybe new traps? (Not just TNT)

Jedi0fEndor Peace Keeper of P.O.T. Clan, search for them on the web. Basically those things that move items into chests and stuff. It collects items.

Observers? I don't know, just something to make redstone machines that help you fly (and automated farms?) AFK fishing. I don't know..
