Thumbnails are the preview image of a video on YouTube that you click on to watch a video.
In this case, in the series of base tours PoC's YouTube channel did on B.O.D clan, whoever was making these thumbnails was doing good for the most part to block out coordinates on the videos, at some point they slipped up and made an oversight mistake of not blocking out the coordinates in the thumbnail of one of the videos in the base tour series, leading to leaked coordinates, and the need for B.O.D to relocate because their base got quickly greifed by their enemy clans.

The coords were literally in the thumbnail.
