Thier needs to be a way maybe with coins to hide your base. This is because my base took me 2 real life days to travel to my base location and another 4 real life days to plan how my base will look like. 1 real life day to build and move some of my stuff in with my friend and it got found in 2 real life days!!! My base is over 10k : 10k and one of the numbers is negative so that's very far to be found in 2 days if it took 2 days to run to my base cords. Yes I am mad that I planned my base for so long just to be found in 2 days. :( :( :(

a feature where you can hide your base from players will probably never be added because there are already plenty of ways to conceal a base and raiding is just a part of the game. Im also unsure how such a feature could be added without implementing some very complex game mechanics. You just got super unlucky in this instance.
Judy, I have a idea how to do this and this is how. Any spawn farther then 1k or less then -1k in both directions will randomly have a chance to have the player count be a ? only if 0 players are in it. But you can buy or maybe craft something that can change your base spawn's player count into a ? too. This helps by hiding spawns with player(s) in it making it harder that you would find a spawn with a base.
How,last time I played a private map no one found my entrances, I dug through that map at bedrock from all sides to the center, found diamonds so had some armour and weapons.
It was funny sneaking up on players and watching the reaction when they noticed me standing behind them .

BigCatClanCaroleBaskin, Raided in 2 days... I at least expected it to last for a few months for all the time that I used for trying to hide my base. I checked the area for days to see if anyone would come but they only come once a week as they say.

I advise using a nomadic style if u wish to avoid raids. It's a fun way to spend time as well.

No idea what you mean by nomadic style, I usually place my base in caves, and doesn't move much at all
So what is nomadic style actually?
Usually I have a base that has a ladder that leads to the surface
In a tree it might sound like a good place, until a player burns it down for fun or something
When you leave your base,cover every block of air with dirt,so it cant be seen in xray. When you go back in your base,remove some dirt,so it will be 99999999999x harder for them to find it
Archangel Gabriel, People would probably only find your base while you are in that spawn most likely at that base so people would probably only start xraying once you are in your base.
