So the system shows you that the person, who is already in your friend list, sent you a friend request?

Could you, please, answer on the following quesions:
1) What is your device?
2) What is the version of its operating system? (the version of iOS, Android, Mac, etc)
3) Which version of the game do you have?
4) How often do you encounter this problem?
5) Maybe you noticed any specific circumstances that may cause this bug?
