HeroSonic, "people killing each other" happens when humanity is falling apart. Wars are totally different, they include brave acts (discipline and training), but they are used to solve world problems. Wars are about your economy and threat of security.
Political events are not suppose to be good or bad, unless you're doing it for peace.
HeroSonic, at 50:-100, you see it all time. But they're only children trying to play. However, organizing it into an exercise will start ruining children's innocence. It could even become a communal threat if it grows.
