yes, when i started poc i saw while mining that x rays happens like that cause at that time i wanted everything to be satisfing and used to break the blocks beneath first then the upper blocks.
I know a way to x-ray it lasts about 10 to 15 seconds
You need to be on a device that has view distance between 3 and 6 and then you make a hole take a pickaxe and make sure your view distance is at 3 then hurry and move it to 6 then dig and it should x-ray
