I have seen stars in the game before, but not sure if they are random stars or actual constellations. I think it would be cool if there were like more stars if there are some already, or if they are random stars to add constellations. A star I would like to be added is Orion, it’s pretty easy to find because of its belt. Maybe a telescope could be added too? You could do this if you were bored or just wanted to find some constellations for fun. 

One another thing that could be added is there could be lightning and if you get hit by it it would take a few hearts away. Like lightning could hit the ground, since I think there all already thunder and lightning storms. Like lightning could take maybe half of your hearts, because it probably will not happen. Still could though, maybe you can have like a lightning resist potion that is very easy to make and does not cost much at all. Or just use fire protection, I feel like lightning can already hit the ground. But I am not sure if you have hearts taken away if you get hit.
 
You could also add when it starts to storm, clouds move in and then it rains. Like instead of automatically raining or snowing it could make clouds move in first. It could tell players it is basically going to rain / storm / snow, and they could get to shelter. Just incase lightning is going to hit, because it could take away like half / more than half of your hearts ( If the lightning update thing is added ). Not all clouds could be bad though. 
 
Another suggestion I had is maybe you could have a thing on the side that could show the tempature. Like in the desert it would be very hot and humid. In snow biomes it would be very cold like below freezing. Normal biomes could be maybe around 50°F, you could also have a little thing to hide it. Your character could maybe take damage if put in the hot sun too long or too cold, this part is optional though. Maybe if you had a pair of leather armor or something you could stay in snow biomes longer. The better the armor could make it like more easy to survive in the snow biomes. Again, this part doesn’t actually need to be added if the tempature thing is added. It’s just a little thing that could be added
 
Maybe there could be firefly jars and fireflies, like you could craft a firefly jar with wood and glass. You could use this to catch fireflies, when you caught one it would have little yellow dots inside the jar. It could also say the amount of fireflies you caught, and you could release them somehow, I’m not sure about that yet. I just think it would be cool if you could have little fireflies flying around at night. The item would either be called “Jar” or “Firefly Jar”.

Background sounds or music would also be neat. Like if you had some music playing when you entered, or like sounds when you entered a server. Maybe at night you could hear crickets, but you could turn off the sounds and stuff in the settings. Like you could have ambience or music playing in the background softly. Maybe we could have cave sounds too.. that would make mining for diamonds and ores a bit spooky… 0. o

My seventh suggestion is you could somehow place your spawn in the main spawn zone, but not be able to edit. Like you could place a home point there but not edit anything. That way if you’re going to your home point by spawn, you don’t get stuck in a hole somebody dug where you placed it. Or you don’t get swarmed by a bunch of people and go on a manhunt thing. Like what if people were targeting you and camped your spawnzone by spawn. Then, when you spawn in there are like 10 - 100 players hitting you with harm II and stuff.

I would love it if we had fish! I think I have posted about this before but I’ll put it in here anyways. If you could have like fish, like actual fish, it would be amazing. You could easily attack like some fish in the water instead of having to spam kill zombies. You could also tame a lot of ocelots ( Cats ) and have lots of yummy fish to eat. I really wish that fish were added as a mob in the game. If they were I would be very happy, because easier snack for you and those ocelots out there. 

I might add a few more suggestions, but I am not sure about any others right now. There is no way all of these could be added, but maybe a few of them could? Let me know what you think in the comment section!
