But you could probably connect a hopper to a chest, then use a dropper (vertical facing dispensers) to shoot items into the hopper, so it should technically be currently possible to send an item from a dispenser-like block to a chest that way.
I'm sure that if you had a regular dispenser and a hopper (connecting to a chest) positioned right, then a regular one should be able to do the job as well.
That would be cool... if hoppers existed :(

They should add a feature where we can “bulk craft” instead of crafting it 1 by 1 , it’s annoying especially for laggy players .
Home points should keep chunks loaded it’s annoying since you have to load chunks to make crops grow
