0:-50 and one other spawn (secret) is fully under control of the Empire Of Kievan Rus! We are the majority at those spawns and seeing other clan members attacking random Russian noobs or newbies at those spawn zones means war. We'll be watching

If they learned how to stay away from us when we are fighting instead of thinking that they can kill us they won't die and lose all their stuff
if they go out, they die by mobs and lag, if they stay in, they get killed by the.... they're new so many have no ideas where the portals lead to and the only escape for them is to wander alone, lost in the world till they get killed and end up in a player-free spawn, they'll get lonely, bored and quit the game...bam!

TUO,exactly many of the new players aren't involved with the games policies or wars or anything. They just want friends or just want to enjoy. They are innocent. It sucks when you meet new people and they say I keep getting killed or I have no friends or will you be my friend etc.
