Hello! My names J-Døg HÜ, and ive decided to give some of our less experienced members a bit of help.

Today i will be discussing how to hide your base well, so that other players wont find it . Lets get right into the steps on deciding where to make your base.

Step 1. Make sure to build in far coordinates. (This is important so it will be less likely for your base to be discovered)

Step 2. Build your base under ground. (This is important not only because it hides your base even better, but you also will have easy access to ores such as coal, iron, gold, and diamond)

Step 3.Keep the entrance hidden, BUT make sure you can remember how to get in. (Id suggest covering the entrance with the same kind of block surrounding it, but place a torch on top of the secret entrance)

Congratulations! If your here, you have found yourself somewhere to build! Great job, before we continue, i must ask:

*Did you build far away?

*Were there any players nearby?

*Did you make sure there were supplies near?

Ok, great job. Now, to keep it hidden, just follow these simple instructions!

1.Do not share your base with ANYONE. I cannot stress this enough. By sharing your base, you have shown someone where it is, what coordinates it is located, and how to get in! They could raid you in a heartbeat!

2.Do not tell anyone where your base is located!!! They could tell anyone they want and could easily raid you. Lets say you have a base at 2000:2015, and its so cool! You really want to show your friend Bob, but think first! He could raid you, someone could teleport to him, so many things could go wrong! Be careful who you trust!

3.Hide the base well. Make sure passerby cannot tell its a base, and/or make sure they CANT find it. If you dont listen to anything i say, at least listen to this!

4. Never build close to the Spawn Zone. It is very easy to find base close to the Spawn Zone! Thats where alot of players tend to hang out. Make sure you go somewhere you wont be found!

5. Unfriend your friends list while your at your base. If you do this, it is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to teleport to you, which means your base wont be discovered at all most likely. If you know 100% you can trust someone not to teleport, you may keep them on. If not, tell them you will add them back.
