my ender fall two times first time i got fired from ECF, then i made a clan i am good at persuading and rules i got 15 members in one day 5 full diamond armor, the after 5 days base raided then we got 0 discipine i called it the black perios the clan is homeless eak too much mebers no discipine for 4 weeks then i found abd built a base i ordered new rules to admins team and fired those without discipine with that we fired 12 members and got 6 members each of them are full diamond armed we spent 6 days to find these 6-7 and toold them discipine seriously
then we decorated our base with a stack of lapis block a private chest lots of redstone blocks and also 15 diamond blocks, 2 weeks later raided again
i wish we have a clan sysem to make this easier our clan still exists but weaker than before

Clans often Collapse due to obsessions with treasure or bidding random people. Remmber every 1 person you friend could have over 100 other friends+ and every person you Fire means +1 person out for vengeance or plus +1 suspicion from every member of your team depending on If they agree or not with your decision.
I'd say the best teammate is someone you've been friends with for a long time or someone who Is rarely or never been in a clan. Don't invite someone who's been In more than 1 clan because they've most likely backstabbed or been kicked out of them for reason.
The best kind of people to recruit Into clans are noobs or less skilled players that learn to become better beside you and aren't just a member but a genuine friend.
You could say they really are in the Medieval times with all the bragging,backstabbing and pointless fighting.

you need to be loyal and also have a good talent, no telling coordinates close tp permissions thats it our name is ender clan 6 mebers all full enchanted diamond armor but we dont require diamond armor
