So I just want to know how to nametag other mobs (not including dog, horse cat) cause my post about Despawn bug, one guy said that I need a nametag so I tried and it did not work, even when I tamed it.
Ummm...
I tried it. Maybe the devs didn't add functionality to it so it doesn't work.
Anyways, if it would be working then mobs wouldn't despawn.
I am sorry I didn't know about it earlier and said it based on my knowledge of Minecraft.

You can only nametag the mobs which you tamed.
POCAdmin2, It did not work when I tamed a rabbit in a creative private map and tried to name it.

You can't tame rabbits your just making them used to you
ShotGun, But I even bred them in hope that I could at least name the baby, but I couldn't.
I tried with our sheep, and they despawn
