To make game development more faster you should hire people from the community who have great ideas (like me) to become admin
Admins can be members of the community "opped" into a level where the have special access like flying in survival, and being able to set whatever they build unbreakable, being able to tp anywhere or to anyone, being able to clone maps and modify them (gamemodes, etc) being able to ban or kick anyone for a reason, etc. But so someone who dosent deserve admin causes havoc,Admins should only opp a person who they trust and has good ideas. Admins should revoke op if someone is bad at being admin. You should hire people who are experts at coding. Do not hire people from EA (greed) Rolblox (Dumb restrictions)

They should create a page to search for members who know how to develop games

It seems like a good idea but how would they know someone like you are trustworthy what if you are just acting to get opped and abuse the power and it's not like adding a bunch of random and not very skilled programmers are going to help since the game needs people testing and making good ideas. But a good idea could be that trusted players can temporarily mute players that are spamming chat.

They should probably but more job applications for professional people who actually have the required skills to do the job, such as people who have years of experience with coding, game development, etc. such as the people who make it through colleges with degrees or such in coding and game development, or people who had been professionally coding on their own for years.

By this, I'm simply saying that they shouldn't hire any of us from the PoC community; not you, not me, not any of us because as far as I know none of us got the required skills to actually do a good job at the Solverlabs company.

At least not until one of us actually goes to college to learn and get experience with said skills, or start learning and getting professional with game development on your own for years.

It's for the best that Solverlabs hire people who would actually be able to fit their criteria and do their job right, than hiring random PoC Forums members.

BlueTangs Rock3,

Because you have to keep in mind that Solverlabs is an actual game development company, as much as Mojang, Bethesda, or Nintendo are.
