So, being the silly human being I am, I was messing around and accidentally deleted Planet of Cubes. I had tons of good stuff on me and everything, and I have no way to recover the account. Is there some way I could get it back? I really really need to get back on.

i have like 15% of my stuff inside my private chest and the rest 85% are ( all over poc map ) .
its private chest i know but as i told u before ( when u first open the game remember *Trust no one* ) .
dont u even trust n ur private chest to keep ur stuff inside .

Well Olga said if you had logged in with your email or facebook account before deleting the app she says your items will dtill be in your chests and private chests as so with your coins you just have to reinstall the app log in with your facebook account or email and your good but if your like me and forgot to sign in with these accounts before this event yep its gone permanently

I agree with mercy spreading supplies over the map of poc allows you to have backup resources although if a bug allows you to not play and needing to reinstall i suggest not putting such expensive resources in the private chests which will lead to loss of supplies allowing someone to know about your location of supplies could cause the person to either be kind and leave it or raid the supplies
I think I should stick with all that for now since I have to completely restart now. :p

Use Faceebook or email autorization in future. In such case you will play not as guest and all your data will be in safety in the database.
