People are always speed hacking and lag-killing everyone and they need to be stopped. The game needs an anticheat. Say if someone is going faster than normal speed and they arent using any speed potions the game slows them down at normal speed,and if they go faster again the game will just slow them down again. For lag killing,Some players Run (Speed hacking,potions) and drink potions to show particles and wear ench armour to lag a player,making them stuck and killing them. To counter this,add an option to turn of enchanted armour,particles and to slow down people who are speed hacking.
Also just turn off particles in general, maybe if it makes it less laggier, add some sort of indicator of speed and stuff

To reduce lags, you can try to turn off the Fancy Graphics option and reduce the View Distance.
POCAdmin2, I have tried that and all my settings are on the lowest but at spawn it stills randomly lags super badly which when you press 3D person it's stops you from moving
