some people make an account to private message others.. Then it gets banned. Make another, message the other.
Maybe like a "your account needs to be 'trusted' to private message" like how you need to have a 'trusted ' account to post..

Do users on our forum recieve so much spam from unverified accounts?
It's not spam, but specific messages being sent. Only one message was sent from some random guy, being the "email spammer" he said something I'd rather not post here
I think that you should give Pocadmin as much detail about what happened and what was said as possible so it could possibly help Pocadmin/Solverlabs staff deal with future incidents a bit better.
