POC Admins when we are creating forum topics some features doesn't work

I don't know if it's just me, but this happened a lot before (not as much now), but i would be writing a word and it would duplicate
(Like writing 'because" and it goes to "becabecause" or something )

Well this bug isn’t very important and it doesn’t effect anything, but I may as well say it which is that when you reply to someone it shows the text twice which is probably the case because lines of code which are showing the text are happening 2 times
