Dear Developers(and players),
I often hear of raids, have raids on me, or my friends get raided. Many times losing years worth of work, this cannot continue. Though on a large multiplayer server you cannot predict how everyone will act you can add simple devices to help cope. I suggest 3 ways to end raiding, Either way I am quitting soon because of raiding. But to help future players I ask you read:
1). Add a "Lock System" allow certain doors or chests to be equipped with a lock and you get a key to unlock them. This way nobody can get inside, or break it without the key.
2). Make like a Private Map, add areas only you can modify. With a maximum of 101 by 101 by 101 or something to ensure you and you things are safe.
3). Making it safer by ensuring raiders get IP banned once they are caught, this will ensure raids stop.
Anyway, thanks for the read and I hope you will consider what I have said. That being said I will quit in say a week or 2 if this problem is not addressed, I cannot keep losing everything. Nor can anyone else for that matter.

I do not mean to sound rude but it is a big big problem.
Raiding is life. Raiding is a core part of game.They just added <10 to the portal map so people can't see you in your biome(why i am not updating to newest patch).You want to be safe go build a private map.
BigCatClanCaroleBaskin, You are the problem. Selfish people who think raiding is necessary because they enjoy stealing. It is sickening, and refusing to update because it will put us a step in the right direction?
I have an idea for people who don't update: When your device asks the severs to show all the biomes the sever should check if it is less then 10 players then if so then it will say 0 players are there and if not then you would show like normal so if you don't update it looks like 0 players if you do update then when your device hears 0 then it will say less then 10
Also I know you would say it won't be exactly like this but anyways I don't think the 1st and 2st idea would work because if people can't mine or open stuff then people would make traps because of that and you won't be able to get out so that isn't a good idea as I am thinking of it. Also the 2st idea also won't work because most likely the admins are going to make that cost coins to use and some people can't afford it so some rich players may block out things using this.
Also and the 3st idea won't work because if you are ip-banned then you could use a vpn and if your device id get banned thier is probably someway to avoid this. And some people may lie about someone raiding their base and get good people banned and it would mean less people playing meaning less watched ads and less money for the company.

But I have an idea... An easier way to stop raiding is to have a way to disable tps and do the idea I had about older updates saying that spawns under 10 people would say 0
And when I mean disable tps that means like thiers a button that can turn off everyone's tp including requested tps and you can't just misclick someone tp
I agree with Carol on this one,Its anarchy,anyone has the right to become whoever they are and do whatever they want and shouldinr be shamed. If you dont want raiders,Lace your base with lava,obsidian,put fake chests or bases,only hire trusted players. If this idea was added POC would decrease and another golden age would be impossible. Kian became succesful by harming other clans by raiding bases. Plus some people rely on base raids to build clans
Raids are the part of survival multiplayer mode. We try to minimize amount of bugs and tricks that help raiders find bases unfairly, but, currently, we don't plan to completely remove raiding from the survival multiplayer mode.

Without a base you can't really do a lot, apart from dying, you do a lot of dying...
well it works for me.
I understand, both the developers and other players don't care to help. So I quit the game, don't expect a good rating either.
