You must pay in diamonds to become a General Captain and Co-leader. All members can be fighters. Payroll is 1 iron block for gatherers 3 for miners 2 for builders 3 for captains 4 for spies 4 for generals and 4 for Co-leaders.

But why do you have to pay iron for even the lowest rank?
Well I am thinking of changing it to you getting paid by class for instance gatherers would get weapons to harvest mobs and animals and builders would get wood stone generals would get paid depending on how much his soldiers get( like if he gets tons of potion ingredients he would get iron blocks to keep supporting his soldiers) making them work harder for more iron and the top regiment would get diamonds

xFFFxInstuliusxFFFx, You should make a clan currency, like my clan. You can use it to buy items from people and shop. The clan currency should be a mob loot, such as Bones, Rotten Flesh, etc.
Do not use Nether Warts as the currency, as these things look epic and are fit for Prestige Points. People get these prestige points by doing noble deeds, hunting, helping, building, etc. You can give out these Prestige points or people can gather it themselves. you need maybe 2 stacks to rank up one time, but it increases after time. This will also improve Clan Activity because of Black Makret trading. They can sell their prestige points to other players behind your back, making people feel more active and strong. Some people might get out of hand though, so you may have to kick them out.
I will take these ideas into consideration
