if you rent. it in a week per unit or 3 weeks then the money will be less
2 weeks: unit 20% of as a two week unit like 2 iron perday 24 iron 2 weeks but discount to 20 iron.
3 weeks : 50% off
rules on returning refundable fee after long term renting
there is a stable period where you cant refund back the money
2 weeks: 5 days stable
3 weeks : 1 week stable
during stable period; no refunding is allowed if you do then you should pay 5 iron for refunding in stable period
after stable period: refunding can let the renter or jedi or the company on sky village to give you 4 iron per week for refunding
selling houses:
should be returned to normal looking delete the decorations.

if you sell one person needa buy ya house for a half price of what you bought
but if about 4 days no one want to then the bank will pay 1 db for refundment
day by day fee:
if you cant afford to pay once you can make a day by day fee contract.
5-7 dbs : 5 days end first. day pay 40%
4 dbs below : 4 days done first day pay 1 db
7-12 db : 6-7. days done once epay 60%
13 above : 6-7 days done once pay 70-%
if you can afford in the middle or refund the payments or wanna stop paying then the bak will give you 50 % of ya paying and just resell the house.
custom houses:
custom houses are only available for buying since its made for you the price will be talked between the seller and buyer , custom houses are not available for day to day fee.
