These Strongholds are on the main Survival Multiplayer Server, as at least 3 of PoC's 20 biomes have strongholds, with the most notable biome being the MineCraft-like tundra biome which has a complete library room. Most PoC stronghold library rooms lack bookshelves, except for in the previously mentioned biome but they still have cobwebs in all stronghold library rooms.
the Strongholds all have Stronghold hallway chests as well, though due to PoC not giving most natural chests loot these chests are almost always empty.
All strongholds also have the end portal room, back before mob spawners were properly implemented, the spawners had invalid Block IDs, thus they always appeared as "update game" blocks, though since mob spawners are properly in the game now what was once an "update block" is now an empty spawner.
Oh also I have never seen cob web any were not in caves tunnels or any where do spiders actually spin them? is the only way to obtain them through the dungeons?
Cobwebs are commonly found in abandoned mineshafts, and Stronghold libraries. Spiders cannot create cobwebs, so the only way of getting new cobwebs are by exploring more abandoned mineshafts and Stronghold libraries.
