This might have been asked before but I can't find it in the threads. 1:Dose it help your odds of better enchantments if you surround the enchantment table with bookshelves?
Question #2 Can you move a enchantment table? And with what? Diamond axe or Pickaxe?

Yes you can pick the table up with a diamond pickaxe but It takes probably twice as long as obsidian to break, As for the first question though I'm not sure. I've tried putting like 40 bookshelves around my ench table and got no difference, the highest enchantments I could get are 3's so maybe It's based of the amount of coins you have.

u only need 15 shelves, but there has to be one block width of air around it and then the bookshelf
