I know Kieranb just suggested this,but I would like to put my style of it here too. By the way,please check out Kieranb's dye suggestion too! :D

This list will contain the sources for the dyes,and I'll try to keep the sources as much current game features as I can,until nessicary to suggest new things. :P

Dye Crafting recipes sources:

Red:poppy(1 dye),rose bush(2 dye),red tulip(1 dye), beetroot(1 dye),spider eye(1 dye), Nether Wart(1 dye)

Orange:orange tulip(1 dye),1 red dye+1 yellow dye(2 dye),blaze powder(1 dye),carrot(1 dye),Pumpkin(2 dye)

Yellow: Yellow Tulip/current default yellow flower(1 dye), Dandelion(honestly this should be a flower in PoC)(1 dye),Sunflower(2 dye)

Green: Cactus smelted into a furnace(1 dye),fern(1 dye),1 blue dye+1 yellow dye(2 dye), double tall fern(2 dye)

Blue: Lapis lazuli(1 dye),1 light blue dye+1 black dye(2 dye)

Purple: Allium(1 dye), Purple Tulip(this has got to be in the game! :P)(1 dye),1 red dye+1 blue dye(2 dye)

Brown: CoCoa beans(1 dye),2 orange dye+1 black dye(3 dye),potato(1 dye)

Black:Ink Sack(when squids are added)(1 dye),coal(1 dye)

White:Bonemeal(1 dye),oxyene daisy(1 dye),azure blulet(1 dye),White Tulip(1 dye),feather(1 dye)

Gray:1 black dye+1 white dye(2 dye)

Light Gray:1 black dye+2 white dye(3 dye),1 gray dye+1 white dye(2 dye)

Pink:Pink Tulip(1 dye),1 red dye+1 white dye(2 dye),1 white dye+1 magenta dye(2 dye),Peony(2 dye)

Magenta:Lilac(2 dye),1 purple dye+1 red dye(2 dye),1 blue dye+2 red dye(3 dye)

Light Blue:Blue Orchid(1 dye),1 blue dye+1 white dye(2 dye)

Cyan:1 blue dye+1 green dye(2 dye)
