At least one of us had the dark screen
Basically if you tp to someone, your screen would turn black
I think it happens when you teleport to someone, and they leave the game at the same time so your game "teleports" you, but your screen turns black and you have to rejoin (Not by main menu), and you don't even get teleported..
It also might happen if you tp to someone who is "online" ( Shows as online in players list or friends list) but they are actually like disconnected.
I think if you tp to someone who has a black screen, you too would get it.

3) I encounter this when I teleport to people who are like disconnected, or I disconnect and press "single player" option, but not much.
4) I don't remember.
This also happens to me when Someone is Playing Survival mutliplayer, and Im am in not in survival multiplayer, and I teleported to someone in survival multiplayer then it went black. This happens alot. Also, thats not it, it also happens when I do this, When I lost connection, it shows me a lost connection banner, and I press reconnect and then it ended up black screen, its really annoying and sometimes I even raged because of that.
Happened again, I got disconnected and pressed the single player option, and I got a black screen.
I've also had this just once, didn't really bother me, I've been through worse glitches.
My connection isn't that great here so I get disconnected quite often, its really annoying when ive been travelling through water, I've used 12 water breathing + potions in the last week alone due to the location I was at.
I need more netherwart...

some times my game also trash when i teleport to others why it happens?
maybe they have a black screen or their game crashed.
