(I never get this bug.)
Lots of people have been reporting this bug. The game kicks them out and makes it re-load or sends them to a "rate game" Scene. This Bug is very rare in GHE but most of our PC/Mac players have this bug. Example Batu.
This bug usually happens when we are fighting. The internet or the wifi is perfectly fine but you get kicked out of the game.
For admins to take this seriously and finally please fix this i am making a post.

Definition of "Connecting Bug" Umm u stuck at where you were but others can't move when u stuck.
This bug available on mac/phones/pc.We can say all devices.But rare.
Yes, this needs to be fixed immediately. Some of our best and most valuable players can't play due to this and are leaving the game. They will leave bad reviews and others will start to follow.
