A few month ago we changed a friemnd list a little bit. Now it is possible to add only 300 hunder people to a friend list. Looks like this change was the reason of your problem. We are sorry for such inconvenience, but it was necessary step to prevent a big amount of spammers and scammers, who spammed friend invitations to everyone around them.
