firsttly, clans should be kind ,not like ECF zeassasin coming around and say new members are useless noobs, which will discourage and led to conflict, WE wait to see what will happen to ECF lets see, secondly, clans need groupwork and honest sorry but made a ECF example again once ze asssin lied to a newmember and think they are noobs thats why he lied quoted ze assasin thats a very bad example, thirdly clan leaders should be role models sorry to say ECF ze assasin again , although he is powerful but he used his powers to depress all new members which isnt what a role model will do.
lastly, clans should be friendly and npo secrets sorry to say ze assasin again but he actually give all new members a trial period while he is evil enough to fake been friendly and whicch made new members more depressed
