Id use the language thingy...is there way to translate private messages to another language?

I am an Arab and I find great problems talking with my friends in the game, and even in the forum, if I do not use Google Translate it will be almost impossible to communicate with you, if I suggest if it is a way to write in Arabic and the friend receives the message in English, and if my friend sends me A message in English that I can read in Arabic, if the Arabic language is not available then at least you can put the French language in this technology, and I also hope that the game supports the Arabic language.
