Hi i played poc since long time ago and im playing with my pc but i cant it stuck at loading screen the loading screen seems freezed i dont know whats happening?

1) What is the version of Windows do you have?
2) Does the game updated to the latest version? Make sure that you've installed the latest version from the Microsoft Store.
3) When did this problem first appeared?
POCAdmin2,Using windows 11
5.4.1.0 it still latest version
Around 3 month i think

I've consulted with my colleagues. Such problem appeared in the version 5.4.1 from time to time. We released a new version of the game (5.4.2) which should fix this bug. Update your game and let me know if the problem is gone.
