If Batuhan was banned on all accounts, and he hasn't made any new ones like normal, was he actually confronted by police?

The RCPD never got back to me. I did send hes kik also. And he keeps trying to get back in but whenever poc admin sees him he is banned. Any comments he post gets removed. He is still playing the game just not on forum
