One way to stop this is to eliminate those nasty words yes there's a filter like if I say kill it will be censored but if I say kīll it is acceptable
So admins remove the ability to remove these special letters like : ã š ê ī ã ü ň ī ø ì

True someone that I know got banned and it turns out they have like 5 alternate accounts by the same name.
