Today, it looks like the underground version of Poc has gotten a new update. There are elytras, lucky blocks, and other things. The lucky blocks spawn around 200 and up coordinates, but when they are broken, they can drop food, resources, sticks and other useful items. When one is broken, anotherone spawns near it.

the Elytras in PoC will most likely work the same way as their MineCraft equivalents, like most other in-game mechanics in PoC are. The Elytras by themselves (without fireworks) won't make you fly, but instead glide. You can't take flight from the ground, but instead you would have to get to high ground, or pillar blocks up to around the building limit, and then jump off, double jump(click jump twice), and you'll almost always activate an Elytra, but you're still only gliding, so you'll always still go down, just slower and farther. If fireworks are used with an Elytra, then you can actually fly, as it allows you to still gain height while on an Elytra, at least until you run out of fireworks. However it's just the Elytras being added for now, not including the fireworks, so it's just a glider for now. Also when in Elytra mode, you take damage if you "crash" into the sides of block, but you're hitbox(where an entity has to hit you to cause you to take damage)is twice as small as the normal player hitbox, allowing you to fit through one block tall gaps, and it's harder for mobs and players to hit you, but if you're curious of where an Elytra user's hitbox area, you'll have to hit around an Elytra user's feet area to get an attack on them. Also Eytras have durrabilty, but in MineCraft, you repair them by combining an Elytra with leather(but changed to Phantom Membrane in MineCraft's 1.13 Aquatic Update) in an anvil, combining two Eytras with different durrabilty to combine the durrabilty of the two Elytras, or enchantments(if one or both of the Elytras had enchantments, or combining an Elytra with an enchanted book with Mending (then as long as a Mending enchantment tool is held when collecting Experiance points, it will increase it's durrabilty for each Experience orb). In MineCraft, Elytras are Naturally found in End Ship Structures in the far regions of the End.

The lucky blocks are overpowered because you can get an unlimited supply of things without doing anything, as the block respawns everytime.

true that, that sorta messes with the point of Survival mode, because once you find one of these you're basically set for life. And it's quite easy, because none of the terrain is randomly generated, each of the biomes are an identical copy to other biomes of that type, so there's only 20 individual terrain areas, and the only thing random about them is the placement of each biome terrain's copies, so if these lucky blocks aren't randomly generated, and rare, it can really mess some things up. Like they got rid of Diamond Temples for a reason.

if they aren't randomly generated, and has it's own designated coordinates, then even if they occur in only a few biomes, it will still be somewhat easy to track down.

BlueTangs Rock3, it's already happening, everyone has overpowered armour because they just go outside of main spawn and break some lucky blocks. It's not even rare. There is some in every biome and they infinetly respawn after you break them.I got 3 stacks of diamonds just in 10 minutes from the lucky blocks near main spawn

that's even worse that I thought. Isn't a glitch with ores, stone, dirt, and other various underground blocks regenerating everyday enough free exploitable resources for one game?

BlueTangs Rock3,u make a very good point, but this could give new players a chance to catch up with these pros

until they catch up, and then it just becomes another way of making an exploited resource farm. Even with that though, if Lucky Blocks are released the way they are now, then there's no point to even survive really, since you can get all you need from easily found Lucky Blocks that always regenerate when broken.

BlueTangs Rock3,maybe it should be a limited time thing then? That would be fair to everyone!

maybe Lucky Blocks should be an option for Private Map Servers (which also already have the ability to be Multiplayer Servers for the public if you enabled the public option), or Lucky Blocks can be a rare mob drop from maybe Endermen? Or maybe a rare natural structure chest loot, when natural chest loot is added. And the Lucky Blocks wouldn't naturally generate on the Main Servers, or spawn in another Lucky Block if broken. This is the only fair way I can think of for how Lucky Blocks could work in PoC.

I got some chicken, golden apples, iron, gold, diamond, chain armour, sticks, witches, tnt, endermen, armoured zombies, swords, pickaxes, armour, etc. They also added the crafting receipe for stained glass, and wool/clay

at least we could obtain dyes, colored wool, stained clay, and stained glass in the Main Survival Mode Server though.

Elytra is gonna destroy the survival rules, everyone will start to run from a fight every time they feel like they are gonna die, giving the admins an no on that.

technically Elytras by themselves (without fireworks) are just something to glide the player. You can't just take flight from the ground with an Elytra, you would have to get to high ground, or pillar blocks up to around building limit, and then glide. If fireworks are used with an Eytra, then you are able to actually fly, and you move faster, until you run out of fireworks. However PoC only added the Eytras, so they're just for gliding at the moment it seems.

Plus with the Elytra the only way to fly up is using fireworks so they cant use it to escape. Elytras only fly down and give you a chance to fly unless you get fireworks and Lemon your the idiot its not gonna ruin survival rules. The admins know what they doing so shut up!

Lucky Blocks however, will break the survival rules the way they are now.

Plus Elytras are expenisve but the lucky blocks are a problem. Were gonna need to keep an eye on that.
